We currently only ship within the U.S. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are subject to change based on the availability of components and shipping conditions. PCMadeEasyLLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in the same condition you received them, including all parts and original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns for missing or damaged parts. For defective parts, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for RMA service to expedite the repair process.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all custom builds for defects and issues related to our services. Please note that we do not accept individual part returns. The entire build must be returned for repairs under our warranty. Alternatively, you can contact the part’s manufacturer directly for faster service if you know which part is defective.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not responsible for issues resulting from misuse, mishandling, or alterations made to the computers after purchase.
