Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and must include all components that were originally part of the build. Items must also be returned in the original packaging, including any part boxes provided. If components of a custom build are not returned, or if the returned product is severely damaged, we reserve the right to deny the return and send the product back to you in the condition we received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your return is rejected due to severe damage or missing components, the product will be returned to you in the condition we received it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please first check your bank account or credit card again. Refunds may take some time to process. If you still haven’t received your refund after verifying with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at [email protected].
Warranty and Manufacturer Defects
We offer a 1-year warranty on all custom builds for defects and issues. However, we highly recommend that customers make use of the manufacturer’s RMA service for individual parts to expedite the process and ensure a quicker resolution for manufacturer-related defects.
Please note, we do not accept individual part returns. The entire build must be returned for repairs under our warranty. Alternatively, if you know which part is defective, we recommend contacting the part’s manufacturer directly for faster service.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
